I had a sink backing up and tried everything to get it to clear. I called Noah and he found the issue within minutes and got the supplies to fix it. Very knowledgeable about his work and very clean and thorough!! Highly recommend evergreen plumbing

Evan, Joel, and Adam did an amazing job at my house today. My sump pump failed and I was in an absolute panic to get help as soon as possible. They quickly got out here, assessed the situation, stopped more water from coming in and replaced our sump pump all in the same day. I feel what I paid was absolutely worth it and I highly recommend them!

Outstanding service! They replaced our hot water heater the same day we called. The team was prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The pricing was very fair and exactly as quoted. We have only had to call a plumber once before, in our almost 10 years of living in our home. When our basement kept flooding, I knew it was time. I literally just picked a name off of the Miamisburg chat page that came recommended, and boy am I glad I did! Shawn was absolutely wonderful. He was very communicative, kind, and efficient. And very patient listening to my husband pepper him with questions! We will definitely use them in the future if needed!

I had a a gas line ran to my existing wood fireplace. They came in checked it over and gave a quote at a very reasonable price. I had previously received two quotes from other companies that were extremely high for the amount of line I needed ran. They then reached out to me the next day to ask if I had any questions, and what they could do to earn my business.They completed very good quality work in a timely manner. I am very happy with the experience and will use them going forward for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

We noticed an alarm going off at 600am on our sump pump after a deluge of rain. We had a master service protection agreement with Evergreen so we called and someone was there to take our call at that early hour which was great. This person was very helpful and dispatched a tech, Julius who had come in early and was at our house by 7am to investigate the issue. It was determined that our 9 year old sump pump needed to be replaced. Tech Kyle arrived at our house at 9am to install the new sump pump. He did a great professional job and our new sump pump was operational by 11am. This was a great service and we truly appreciate the Evergreen team. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They unclogged our bathroom sink, cleaned out our main pipe, and completed a full flush on our water heater—all done efficiently and professionally. Noah and Sean were great! Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done right the first time. I also have to mention their CSR, Hailey who was absolutely amazing—prompt, friendly, and great at communicating every step of the way. It’s rare to find a company with both top-notch technicians and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Ok, I know it sounds weird to think of a plumbing company as awesome, but Evergreen Plumbing is AWESOME. They are a small company that CARES about their customers. The owners are actual plumbers themselves, as opposed to a sales person just trying to maximize profits. To say they are knowledgeable and passionate about their trade is a humongous understatement. They are , like, water quality obsessed. And that is precisely who you want working on your plumbing! They didn’t just give me an estimate, they educated me on the differences between products and why they use the products they do. They replaced my water heater, installed a new water softener (with a carbon filter- it makes a big difference, look it up!), replaced faucets in the master bathroom, replaced an outside spigot, and installed a new main water shutoff valve. Yes, I got a lot done, but the price was very reasonable. They were not the cheapest quote I got, but once I did the research on the quality and warranties of Evergreen’s products verses what the other companies were going to install, it was a no brainer. When Noah was done installing my new water softener, the water was so silky smooth I did a happy dance. From now on I will only trust Evergreen with my home’s plumbing. Give them your business. You’ll be glad you did! Oh, and ask for Noah (journeyman level) or Evan (master level).

I have had a horrible experience with a reputable plumbing company. They were suppose to come to my house yesterday between 8-10 am. Something told me to call them at 9 this morning . The rep who answered the phone was the same person who made my appointment this past Friday. He pretended to act like he did not know who I was and that I did not have an appointment. He said he was going to call the techs and then call me back. Needless to say, I am still waiting for the phone call. I researched Evergreen. Adam even came out to my house the end of April to give me a quote. One of the reasons I did not use him was because I had a membership with the other company. Well, I called Evergreen yesterday morning crying about what had happened and if they could kindly help me. Hailey the receptionist/secretary was WONDERFUL and very helpful. She got me an appointment first thing this morning. I received text messages and emails… excellent job communicating and assuring I had an actual upcoming appointment! Evan came to the house within the first hour of my blocked time. I received a phone call, text messages and emails introducing himself so I knew who he was upon arrival. He listened to me. He surveyed the circumstances thoroughly and gave me options. He spent almost 2 hours at my house for a job that could have easily taken him an hour. He chose to talk with me and build a repoire with me! I am forever grateful! He did a beautiful job installing a new shower head and turn on/off lever. He had me look at it and see if I liked it. I loved it!! Beautiful work! I did NOT hesitate to become a yearly member of Evergreen Plumbing! I called the business when Evan left to tell them how much I appreciated Evan and Hailey! They made me beyond happy and satisfied! I highly recommend Evergreen to anyone who needs a plumber. They are very knowledgeable and do very nice work at a reasonable fee. I am beyond happy with this company! (Thank you, God for directing me to them!)
